Immigration Rules: Immigration Rules Appendix Immigration Salary List

gov.uk change note: Updated to reflect Statement of Changes HC 1333

View on gov.uk →

Headline

The Immigration Salary List has been reformatted into a proper table structure but contains no substantive changes to eligible occupations, criteria, or removal dates.

Changes in detail

  1. Entire document formatting — The Immigration Salary List has been converted from a plain text format into a structured HTML table format with proper column headers and cell divisions. All 19 occupation entries have been reformatted but retain identical substantive content.

Practical implications

No action required. This is purely a formatting change that does not affect eligibility for any occupation codes, geographical coverage, specific job criteria, or the scheduled removal dates. All occupations remain on the list with the same conditions until their stated removal dates (either 31 December 2026 or 22 July 2028 for care worker roles).

Administrative changes

The entire document has been converted from plain text to HTML table format with proper table markup (| symbols and structured columns). This affects all 239 added and 212 removed lines but represents purely cosmetic restructuring with no substantive policy changes.
